Citi has unveiled an upgraded version of its proprietary AI platform, Citi Stylus Workspaces, now powered by Agentic AI. The enhancement aims to streamline complex tasks, enabling employees to achieve greater efficiency and insight. The platform integrates seamlessly with internal systems, linking to data repositories, project management tools, and enterprise platforms.

David Griffiths, Citi's Chief Technology Officer, emphasized the transformative potential of Agentic AI, stating it empowers employees to focus on strategic initiatives rather than manual processes. The platform can now automate multi-stage workflows, such as identifying top U.S. branded card businesses, analyzing their strategic goals, and translating insights into Spanish—all within a single automated flow.
